Lead Injury Management Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Injury Management Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing injury management strategies that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective return-to-work strategies
  • Coordinate and oversee rehabilitation, injury management, and return-to-work activities
  • Provide expert guidance on workers' compensation and injury management policies and procedures
  • Lead injury management initiatives across the state of Victoria
  • Participate in case management strategies and workplace assessments

Requirements:

  • Relevant Allied Health tertiary qualifications and full registration
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in injury management or return-to-work positions
  • Significant occupational rehabilitation industry experience
  • Proven experience in coaching and training on return-to-work and rehabilitation programs
  • Proven experience in managing complex and serious injury claims
