We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across our portfolio markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, with expertise in AI automation and customer experience solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage a sales pipeline to meet targets, aiming for YoY revenue growth through existing and new enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve bookings and revenue targets primarily through large enterprise accounts within a designated region or sector.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding client needs, and identifying how we can support their goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide relevant insights to clients.
- At least 6+ years of enterprise software sales experience in areas such as Contact Centre, CX, Self Service, AI, Automation, Analytics, or CRM/Desktop technology solutions.
- Ability to develop business relationships at a senior level, including key C-level executives.
- Proven track record of success in opening and closing enterprise software solutions.
- Strong ability to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Experience in complex Ccaas/SaaS sales cycles for a vendor.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Resilience in managing the entire sales process from start to finish.
- Exceptional closing skills.
