We're seeking a highly skilled Backup Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for protecting critical information and ensuring its safe recovery.

About the Role

You'll investigate and resolve backup, restore, and replication issues, taking ownership until resolution or escalation. Troubleshooting across cloud and on-prem backup solutions is also essential.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of Technical Support experience (preferably in backup, storage, or disaster recovery)
  • Experience in MSP or Mid-Market Enterprise environments a huge plus
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and storage systems
