Storage and Backup Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our Data Centre operations in Storage & Backup. This role will involve working on the design, architecture, management, and escalation of infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with Dell technologies, including Avamar, Data Domain, VMAX, Isilon, and PPDM is required.
  • Strong skills in storage and backup design, delivery, and management are necessary.
  • Experience with PowerProtect Data Manager implementation and administration is highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of virtualization, networking, and storage principles is essential.
  • Cisco Solutions expertise is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting high-end servers, operating systems, virtualization, backup and restore infrastructure, software clustering technologies, capacity management, and scripting.
