Job Overview

This role focuses on pedagogy, staff engagement, and operational management of enterprise learning systems.

A key responsibility is the transfer and upload of course content and information to Moodle, ensuring smooth online learning delivery.

  • The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience with front-end administration of educational learning platforms, including Moodle, Turnitin, Mahara, H5P, Poll Everywhere, Panopto, Feedback Fruits.
  • They will be able to transfer and upload course materials, assessments, and resources to Moodle, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Administration of educational learning platforms including Moodle, Turnitin, Mahara, H5P, Poll Everywhere, Panopto, Feedback Fruits.
  2. Transfer and upload course materials, assessments, and resources to Moodle.
  3. Evaluate emerging trends in learning systems and their impact on teaching and learning.
  4. Provide expert advice on technical issues and implement procedures to prevent recurrence.
  5. Develop methodologies to enhance flexible teaching and learning delivery.
  6. Contribute to quality learning systems and practices through collaboration with stakeholders.
  7. Ability to develop instructional documents and training programs.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Turnitin, Google Apps for Education.
  • Strong understanding of e-learning pedagogy, instructional design, and educational technologies.
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
