Adult Learning Programme Coordinator

A key role in shaping the future of adult learning requires an individual who can effectively oversee daily operations and ensure Regulatory Compliance.
This position will see your expertise in day-to-day activities directly influence program success and the growth of early childhood educators.

About the Role
You will lead the operational side of adult learning programs, managing data, reporting, and system administration to ensure seamless delivery. You will also manage Regulatory Compliance, implementing and monitoring policies and procedures to meet all regulatory requirements and supporting audits and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate operational tasks, learner systems, and reporting to support program delivery
- Ensure compliance with ASQA Standards, VET Quality Framework, Skills First contracts, and Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines
- Implement and refine policies and procedures to meet regulatory obligations
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, and system updates
Your work will directly support high-quality accredited programs and contribute to the success of students and the broader team.
