Job Description
  • Lead and manage a diverse workforce to ensure high-quality housekeeping services are delivered to clients.
  • Assist with recruitment and employee mentoring to build a positive and productive team culture.
  • Plan and coordinate housekeeping activities according to contract terms, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Deliver regular reports to the Operations Manager, highlighting team performance and areas for improvement.
  • Roster staff effectively to meet business needs and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
  • Housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in a people management or supervisory position.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive results within a team.
  • Competent in computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, innovation, and a proactive approach.
