
Compensation Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage payroll and time management systems effectively, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legislative requirements, and adherence to company policies.
This position involves end-to-end payroll processing, encompassing all payments, deductions, and statutory obligations. The successful candidate will maintain precise employee records, respond to payroll-related inquiries, and generate reports as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including onboarding, terminations, salary adjustments, and leave management.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and generate reports as necessary.
- Prepare payroll reconciliations, reports, and financial summaries to support management decision-making and ensure compliance.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Strong expertise with Keypay software is highly regarded.
- Exposure to Construction EBAs and Awards is strongly recommended.
- Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia.
