About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Administration Support Specialist to join our expanding team at Superior People Recruitment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with high-level administrative skills and excellent communication abilities to support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and possess excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the sales team, handling a diverse range of tasks including project supply coordination, quotation generation, and invoice processing.
  • Manage client communications and enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Utilize business management software to track and manage projects, clients, and orders.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate product supply and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [insert salary] per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field an asset.
  • Proven experience in sales administration or a related role, with a strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
