Sales Administration Coordinator

Are you a highly skilled administrative professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic sales environment? Superior People Recruitment is currently seeking an exceptional Sales Administration professional to join their team.
About the RoleThis 8-month maternity contract will commence on a specific date, as the company is not specified. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and support while handling diverse administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective customer service and support to clients and sales teams.
- Handle and direct communications and enquiries received via telephone and email from various clients.
- Manage project supply through the utilization of business management software.
- Generate and process quotations, sales orders, and tax invoices.
- Liaise with internal and external service providers and suppliers to coordinate product supply.
- Administer and maintain office systems, and CRM database.
- Handle and reconcile accounts receivable and payable enquiries.
- Perform general office and administration duties and any ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Manager.
About You
We are seeking an individual with high-level administrative skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. You should have exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent time management skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
