The Role


We're seeking an experienced Fertility Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payment processing for all Monash IVF Group entities.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and process fortnightly pay runs using Tempus Time and Attendance and HR3 systems.
  • Ensure operational aspects of payroll processing are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes, complying with relevant legislation.
  • Interpret and implement various Enterprise Agreements and Award conditions.
  • Collaborate with People and Culture teams on Contract, Award/Legislative, and Enterprise Agreement interpretation and application.
  • Resolve employee enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide assistance with payroll activities and related projects as required.

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you'll need:



  • Demonstrated experience using payroll systems, preferably Tempus Time and Attendance and HR3.
  • Demonstrated experience using time & attendance systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in interpreting multiple EAs.
  • Exposure or experience in interpreting payroll legislation, guidelines, and policies.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume data entry environment.
  • A highly organised approach with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • A high level of initiative, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to be dynamic, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • A willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments and embrace our organisational values.
