In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and expansion in Victoria's EV charging market.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify, Develop and Secure New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business prospects in the Victorian EV charging sector, and secure deals to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales process and foster long-term partnerships.
- Create Customized Proposals and Presentations: Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to meet customer needs and showcase solutions that address their pain points.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Market Trends and Developments: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, products, services, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage Sales Pipelines and Reporting: Effectively manage sales pipelines and reporting in CRM systems to track progress and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, achieve business objectives, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Represent the Organization: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the brand, build relationships, and establish thought leadership.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in technology, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors.
- Sales Aptitude: Ability to develop and close new business, positively contribute to the office sales culture, and develop existing accounts.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills to drive growth, build strong relationships, and establish trust with customers.
