
Dedicated Sales Leader Wanted

Are you a skilled leader with experience in driving sales and achieving key performance indicators? We are seeking a dedicated and fashion-forward individual to join our management team as an Assistant Store Manager.
As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create a safe and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them grow in their roles and develop their skills.
- Oversee daily operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in customer service or retail management.
- Experience in driving sales and achieving KPIs, including managing budgets and forecasts.
- Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Visual merchandising experience is a plus, but not essential.
