What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 12 Sales Consultants
- Drive performance by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and recognising wins
- Monitor daily sales activity and support consultants to hit targets and exceed them
- Create an upbeat and engaging team culture where people genuinely want to show up and perform
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members
- Collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to refine processes and boost efficiency
- Handle escalations with confidence and ensure exceptional customer outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Health insurance subject matter expertise
- A natural people leader with strong coaching, mentoring and team development skills
- Someone who thrives on data, KPIs, and building high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving and decision-making ability
- High energy and emotional intelligence – you lift others up and lead by example
- Comfortable managing under pressure and pivoting when needed
- Sales Leadership experience is highly desirable (ideally in call centre or fast-paced sales environments)
