We're looking for a Sales Team Leader - Health Insurance to join our brand-new Weekend Team based in our Docklands office. You'll work Saturday to Tuesday (approx. 29 hours a week) – and still take-home pay like you're working a full 40

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 12 Sales Consultants
  • Drive performance by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and recognising wins
  • Monitor daily sales activity and support consultants to hit targets and exceed them
  • Create an upbeat and engaging team culture where people genuinely want to show up and perform
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members
  • Collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to refine processes and boost efficiency
  • Handle escalations with confidence and ensure exceptional customer outcomes
What We're Looking For
  • Health Insurance subject matter expertise
  • A natural people leader with strong coaching, mentoring and team development skills
  • Someone who thrives on data, KPIs, and building high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • High energy and emotional intelligence - you lift others up and lead by example
  • Comfortable managing under pressure and pivoting when needed
  • Sales Leadership experience is highly desirable (ideally in call centre or fast-paced sales environments)
