Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Store Manager to lead our store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent team management skills, deliver outstanding sales outcomes in the tyre and automotive sector, and exhibit strong inventory control abilities.

Your daily responsibilities will include building sales and profitability, managing the daily operations of the store, and establishing long-term relationships with valued customers. You will provide expert advice and deliver high-quality work to ensure consistent store performance and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Motivate and drive increased sales performance
  • Exceptional people management skills, capable of leading and upskilling a diverse team
  • Proficient in inventory control and stocktake procedures
  • Drive to exceed key performance indicators and store goals
  • Budgeting and expense management capabilities, or a willingness to learn
  • Ambition to grow sales and reap rewards
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in digital POS systems, MS Office, and retail invoicing systems
  • Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive (preferred)
