
Senior Business Development Director

This is a pivotal position in our expansion strategy, requiring a skilled professional to identify and nurture prospective franchise partners.
The Job OverviewAs the Franchise Growth Executive, you will be responsible for guiding potential franchisees through every step of the recruitment process, from initial conversations and financial reviews through to business planning and agreements.
You will also have the opportunity to represent the brand at events and expos, deliver impactful sales campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth strategies are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and nurture prospective franchise partners for new and resale opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: presentations, interviews, financial/business plan reviews, and agreements
- Negotiate franchise agreements within defined frameworks
- Deliver and implement franchise sales and marketing campaigns
- Represent the brand at recruitment events, expos, and industry functions
- Collaborate internally to align with business growth objectives
- Travel interstate as required
- 5+ years' experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar role
- Understanding of the franchising industry and its regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse business plans and financials
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Work closely with senior leaders and decision-makers
- Represent the brand at high-profile industry events
- Contribute directly to the success and expansion of the franchise network
