Employment Services Project Manager Role

This is a high-profile opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager who is seeking a challenging and autonomous position. Manage a new employment services project with a reputable Occupational Rehabilitation Provider.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve return-to-work outcomes for clients.
- Manage a team of experienced employment consultants to secure commercial outcomes.
- Act as a liaison with stakeholders to ensure the Service Model is delivered effectively.
- Extensive industry knowledge and experience in employment services/employment consulting.
- A thorough understanding of the current labor market.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
- The ability to manage a new project, think creatively, and work autonomously.
- Effective management skills (full 360) and ability to work with various professionals.
- High-level communication and written skills.
- A tertiary background in Allied health is beneficial but not required.
- A highly competitive salary in the range of $110K - $130K Base + Super.
