The successful candidate will possess a background in customer service, sales, retail, call centres, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration. We provide comprehensive training to equip you for success in employment services at WISE.
To be considered, you must:
- Hold full Australian working rights.
- Possess a full Australian driver's license (desired).
- Be willing to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.

In this role, you will:
- Develop strong rapport with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience.
- Assist with participants' resumes, job applications, and interview preparation.
- Identify and assess barriers towards employment and create solutions to support participants at work and beyond.
- Create job plans with participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment.
- Increase participants' employability through training and other support services.
- Sources employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.
- Built and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organisations.
