Job Description

As an Employment Partner at WISE Employment, you will play a vital role in assisting participants to achieve their employment goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong relationships with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience
  • Providing guidance on resume development, job applications, and interview preparation
  • Administering duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Identifying and addressing barriers to employment, creating solutions to support participants at work and beyond
  • Creating job plans to facilitate clear pathways into sustainable employment
  • Increasing employability through training and support services
  • Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies
Key Requirements
