About the Role
  • Create and execute diverse menu items that showcase seasonal and local ingredients, ensuring a unique taste experience for our guests.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation, upholding the highest standards of quality and visual appeal.
  • Lead kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to foster skill development and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and optimize food costs to achieve profitability.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events and promote exclusive culinary offerings.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong portfolio showcasing your culinary skills and creativity.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively manage and motivate kitchen staff.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and proper kitchen sanitation practices, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
