We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef Manager to join our culinary team at Traverse Alpine Group.
About the Role- As an Executive Chef Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and presentation, ensuring high standards of quality and taste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute diverse menu items that reflect seasonal and local ingredients.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and taste.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to foster skill development.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations while maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to achieve profitability.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events and promote unique culinary offerings.
- Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong portfolio showcasing culinary skills.
- In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage kitchen staff.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Competitive salary $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
