Culinary Artisan Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Culinary Artisan to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus that showcase seasonal and local ingredients. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that every dish meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Design and execute diverse menu items that reflect the freshest seasonal produce and local flavors.
• Food Preparation and Presentation: Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and taste.
• Kitchen Leadership: Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to foster skill development and maintain a positive work environment.
• Sanitation and Safety: Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to achieve profitability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant management to plan special events and promote unique culinary offerings.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to continually enhance the dining experience.

Requirements:

• Culinary Experience: Proven experience as a Chef or Culinary Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing culinary skills.
• Culinary Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.
