About the Role

The Client Success team plays a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their mission-critical priorities.

As a Customer Relationship Development Specialist, you will serve as a liaison between our clients and various stakeholders to support and guide them in achieving their objectives and realizing value from Gartner Services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build, develop and manage relationships with existing clients across various business functions and companies.
  • Regularly engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities, and recommend strategies that drive high value, client retention, and return on investment.
  • Partner with Sales to onboard new clients to their purchased Gartner services and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ months of relevant professional and/or internship experience.
  • A passion for HR concepts and a willingness to discuss these topics with client stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
