Complete Credit Solutions' (CCS) mission is to provide better financial outcomes to our customers through flexible payment solutions. Established in 2012 by our Co-Founders, Complete Credit Solutions is an Australian-owned and operated business specialising in the acquisition and servicing of consumer debts, including credit cards, personal loans, and car finance.
With huge growth plans, we are now seeking like-minded individuals to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist, working in our Parramatta office.
**As a Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS), your role will entail**:
- Managing your own portfolio of accounts
- Locate and establish contact with our customers, building rapport and ensuring we are compliant with relevant acts/guidelines
- Investigative searches, bring out your inner private investigator
- Skip trace to locate and contact customer
- Strategising and negotiating positive outcomes for all parties

**About you**:
- The ability to work in a high-volume call centre environment in both an inbound and outbound setting
- Previous experience in financial services, banking and/or call centre roles are highly regarded
- Results driven and motivated to achieve targets
- Computer literacy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoys problem-solving, lateral thinking and thinking ‘outside the box’
- Need to be determined, driven and motivated to succeed
- Inquisitive and enjoy investigating, building rapport and negotiating
- Being open, honest and having a strong work ethic
- Ability to always remain professional, respectful, and cooperative
- Comfortable learning new systems and ways of working
**Essential Criteria**
- Must be available to attend a 3-week in-house PAID on the job training induction full time Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm in our Parramatta office
- Note this is a full time position - work hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
- As part of the CCS Recruitment process, successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Criminal History Check before they receive an employment offer._
