**About the role**

We are looking for a customer relationship specialist to join the team. The role is focused on supporting customers as they become AuditCover partners. This is an exciting role that will work in the Partnerships team to develop high-performing audit insurance campaigns for our Accountants.

You will be responsible for partner onboarding, as well as launching dynamic insurance distribution campaigns for our partners.

**The first 6 months**

AuditCover is rapidly onboarding new accounting firms as distribution partners for our tax audit solution. Your first 6 months will be about developing great relationships with our partners and supporting a smooth onboarding experience on the AC platform.

You will develop skills that will make you a problem solver and a relationship builder, whilst gaining incredible B2B experience dealing with decision-makers.

This is a role suited to a highly organised people person who can ensure that Accountants have the best experience they can while using AuditCover.

**Key aspects of this role**
- You will be responsible for creating a great onboarding experience including product updates, onboarding, and reporting
- You will plan partner kick-off meetings and be responsible for collecting campaign inputs, stakeholder approvals, and setup
- You will be guiding partners in setting up their AuditCover campaigns

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
