Quality Assurance Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Review, develop and update quality and food safety procedures and standards with Quality and Food Safety Managers.
- Ensure all quality documentation is current and updated.
- Maintain the plant's compliance with quality and food safety laws, regulations and corporate policies.
- Prepare for internal and external quality audits with Quality and Food Safety Managers.
- Conduct daily and monthly sanitation and GMP audits.
- Degree qualified in Food Science or Technology.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, food safety or production roles is ideal.
- Ability to manage competing tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong aptitude for systems.
