**Quality Assurance Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management systems, including HACCP and GFSI.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining and improving existing quality and food safety systems,
- Supporting compliance with industry standards
- Managing internal audits, allergen control programs, and document control,
- Leading investigations into customer complaints and non-conforming products,
- Collaborating with operations teams to drive a strong quality culture.

**Requirements**

To be successful, you will bring:

- A tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Microbiology, Science, or a related science discipline.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills,
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset,
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred),
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GFSI, and food safety systems,
- Experience managing allergens, internal audits, and certification processes.
