**Role Overview**

This is an opportunity to work with internal and external partners/stakeholders to build a more evidence-driven STEM education ecosystem using an implementation science approach.

The primary responsibility of the role will be to contribute towards systemic change within the STEM education ecosystem by employing methods and strategies that facilitate the uptake of evidence-driven practice, programs, and policies, including embedding data and evaluation tools, processes, frameworks and technology.

The role is part of a national team and will work closely with other team members across the business unit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders in the STEM education ecosystem to facilitate the uptake of evidence-based STEM education and learning policies, programs, and practices.
  • Help identify and address barriers that hinder the adoption and scalability of evidence-based STEM education interventions and models.
  • In collaboration with stakeholders, develop and share practical guides, resources, and tools to assist in achieving a more evidence-driven STEM education ecosystem.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

**Location**: Capital cities, Newcastle, Townsville, Cairns

**Tenure**: Specified term until 31 December 2027

**To Be Successful You Will Need**:

  • A relevant diploma/bachelor's or advanced degree or equivalent relevant work experience in implementation science, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve objectives on time and within budget.
