About this Role

This is a physically demanding role requiring strong work ethic, as you will play a vital part in cellar operations during the harvest season. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Grape reception, pressing, and flotation management
  • Fermentation monitoring and precise addition control
  • Tank racking & transfers, along with barrel management
