Job Description
">The role of a Cellar Hand is multifaceted, requiring strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the winery and cellar bar, participating in vintage and crush grape activities, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
Assist with daily cellar operations, including but not limited to:
- Preparing for and executing wine tastings and events
- Providing exceptional customer service during cellar tours and wine tastings
- Participating in wine-making processes, such as harvesting grapes, crushing, and pressing
- Maintaining a clean and organized cellar environment
Requirements
">- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the wine industry
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment
- Passion for wine and willingness to learn and grow with our team
