Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Sales Professional to join our team in Melbourne. This role is perfect for someone with an established network within the commercial fitout and refurbishment space.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Convert New Business Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to grow sales revenue in the fitout and refurbishment sector.
  2. Build Long-Term Client Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with clients, consultants, landlords, and agents to drive business growth.
  3. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with design and delivery teams to deliver projects from concept to completion.
  4. Meet Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record of achieving sales targets in commercial fitout, refurbishment, or related sectors.
  • Strong Network: An established network within the Melbourne property and construction market.
