About the Role

CatholicCare Tasmania is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor – People and Culture to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will play a critical role in delivering coaching and training, performance optimisation, and effective employee lifecycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert advice and support on employee relations and best practices to the CatholicCare workforce and leadership team.
  • Developing and championing performance optimisation strategies across the organisation.
  • Mentoring P&C team members in employee relations and case management.

Requirements

  • Experience in employee relations support and advice, performance management, and P&C operations.
