  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement best-fit recruitment practices, including job analysis and design.
  • Gather and use data to inform people-related decision-making and drive change across the department.
  • Prepare high-level documentation, including business cases, briefing papers, and reports.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of workforce management and planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Experience in policy development and implementation.
