Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned HR professional to oversee our partnering team, providing strategic support to business units and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. As a People & Culture Manager, you'll lead a team of approximately 5 direct reports across Tasmania and Sydney, showcasing your expertise in blue collar and corporate HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of HR generalists in Tasmania and Sydney
  • Provide strategic HR support to business units and ensure alignment with organisational goals
  • Develop and implement effective EA strategies and negotiations
  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve high performance
  • Promote a culture of inclusion and diversity within the organisation

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Strong operational skills, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Ability to make decisions independently and take initiative when needed
  • A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence

About the Role
