The primary responsibility of this position is to promote the sales of Hitachi Light Construction Equipment range.

This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and involves:

  1. Managing existing customer relationships within the territory
  2. Actively identifying new sales opportunities through daily cold calling and prospecting
  3. Participating in general marketing, trade shows, and networking activities
  4. Maintaining accurate records of current and prospective activity, growth potential, market analysis, and competitor information
  5. Achieving market share expectations and meeting other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by Management

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. Demonstrated sales experience and success
  2. Prior employment in a similar position or industry is preferred but not essential
  3. A genuine desire to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction by developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  4. A motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets and earn lucrative compensation
  5. Strategic and analytical capability to assess value, including the use of CRM systems
  6. Confident, courteous, and professional communication and presentation skills
  7. Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
  8. A valid driver's license
