As a Customer Support Manager at Denhams Beach Care Community, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, conducting site tours, and implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services. You'll also play a key role in monitoring service standards and customer feedback, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage customer enquiries and conduct site tours to showcase our community's amenities and services
  • Implement sales programs to improve uptake of additional services, such as extra care packages and lifestyle activities
  • Monitor service standards and customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
