Job Opportunity

This is a key role in the success of the 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup in Australia.

Your Key Contribution

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the accreditation and access programme on time and to the required standards, ensuring seamless operations and excellent stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support Venue Accreditation Managers in managing accreditation centres, client processes, and access.
  • Collaborate closely with Venue Accreditation Manager(s) in Perth ACR Venues.
  • Oversee Accreditation Centre operations, including logistics, facilities, equipment, and technology.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage client accreditation/registration processes.
  • Ensure secure information and data submitted by client groups during the tournament.
  • Support Venue Accreditation Managers in training, rostering, and managing volunteers.
  • Deliver accreditation devices, scheduling, and production.

A deep understanding of accreditation and access management operations is essential. Additional key skills include knowledge of Venue Operations, procedure development, project management, MS Office, MS Teams, Smartsheet, SharePoint, flexibility, discretion, and confidentiality.
