Training Accreditation Services Job Description

This role is part of the Training Accreditation Services team, which oversees accreditation for training programs across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on accreditation processes, advocate for policies, and ensure adherence to standards
  • Collaborate with committees to facilitate governance, including succession planning and performance optimisation
  • Coordinate administrative functions for training settings, including compiling reports, distributing documentation, and organising site visits
  • Deliver training, advice, and support to stakeholders, including training providers, trainees, supervisors, and education directors
  • Maintain accurate and transparent communications to ensure stakeholders have access to reliable information
  • Contribute to projects, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accreditation operations
  • Provide robust administrative and secretariat support to committees and working groups involved in accreditation processes
About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Business and/or administration qualifications or equivalent experience and knowledge
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and ability to achieve work objectives in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated experience delivering professional client and secretariat services, including high-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Experience improving and monitoring administrative processes
  • Ability to negotiate and influence
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • IT capabilities: Microsoft Office Suite, Share Point, and video/teleconferencing platforms
