Event Coordination Manager

This prestigious event will bring together 12 nations in a tournament structured into three groups of four, celebrating women's football and multicultural Australia.

  • Plan and deliver accreditation services and operations in Australia for the AFC Women's Asian Cup 2026.

The successful candidate will have experience in accreditation and/or venue management or events. They should have a solid understanding of accreditation and access management operations and its integration within Venue Operations.

We are looking for someone with the ability to develop procedures and policies for access at venues and translate these into effective operational delivery. The ideal candidate will build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a strong background in coordination and event management, with excellent communication skills. A high level of discretion is also required due to data protection requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement accreditation manuals, procedures, and operations under guidance of AFC teams.
  • Manage client accreditation registration processes.
  • Work closely with safety and security teams to guarantee data protection and quality operations.
Requirements
  • A background and experience in accreditation and/or venue management or events.
