Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the timely execution of contractual obligations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Relationship Manager to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximise renewals while improving margins.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships, respond to requests, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Proactively review client fleets through effective reporting, addressing exceptions and seeking opportunities for cost reduction through better fleet optimisation.
  • Prepare quotations within tight turnaround times and record outcomes via the won/lost business template.
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to upsell other products and services to existing clients.

Requirements:
  • High school certificate or equivalent in a business-related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and report progress.
  • Effective verbal and written communication, with good listening and probing skills.
