Job Overview

This role requires proactive management and review of customer portfolios to deliver professional fleet management services.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service by managing contractual obligations and key performance indicators.
  • Identify business opportunities, optimize renewals, and enhance revenue margins.
  • Effectively review client fleets through accurate reporting and address any exceptions.
  • Develop quotations and document outcomes.
  • Proactively manage future vehicle terminations and restructuring initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Manage customer portfolios to meet contractual obligations and KPIs.
  2. Optimize business potential, maximize renewals, and improve revenue margins.
  3. Review client fleets through effective reporting and address exceptions.
  4. Prepare quotations and record outcomes.
  5. Proactively manage future vehicle terminations and restructures.
  6. Build rapport with clients to seek opportunities for revenue growth.
Required Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school certificate or tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
