Key Role in Our Sustainable Transition

We seek a proactive Technical Officer to spearhead our transition initiative towards a carbon-neutral automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain heavy vehicle fleets with experience in operating, coordinating and ensuring compliance.
  • Technical Expertise: Interpret complex technical matters for fleet management, industry knowledge and workshop facilities expertise.
  • Engagement Skills: Engage with diverse clients through negotiation and oral communication.
  • Government Transport Knowledge: Familiarity with public transport operations preferred.
  • Analytical Prowess: High-level analytical skills for report writing and electronic presentations.
  • Procurement Proficiency: Knowledge of procurement policies advantageous.
  • Technical Assessment: Interpret intricate technical drawings for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Deliver major infrastructure projects effectively within team environments.
  • Commitment to Diversity & Safety: Advocate for Workplace Diversity, Industrial Democracy, Work Health & Safety and Quality.
Requirements:
  • Experience in heavy vehicle fleet management.
  • Technical expertise in automotive practices.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset for report writing and presentations.
  • Understanding of government transport operations (preferred).
  • Knowledge of procurement policies (advantageous).
  • Ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
