Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to manage a portfolio of customers, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and requirements. The Fleet Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional fleet management services, ensuring customer satisfaction and contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Capture business opportunities and maximise revenue growth through strategic planning and proactive management of client fleets.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of client fleets, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing effective solutions.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and record outcomes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Proactively manage future vehicle terminations and restructuring initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to clients' operations.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients, seeking opportunities for revenue growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • High school certificate or tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and analytical thinking, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), with the ability to create professional documents and spreadsheets.
