Job Description

As the primary SME responsible for supporting BAU Payroll System, you will collaborate across geographically dispersed teams to gather and comprehend business requirements for payroll and time and attendance systems. You will develop technical solutions that suit the nature of an Industrially complex and distributed organisation, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with BAU and Technical stakeholders to guide the development and management of integrations between Preceda, Workday, T&A and Finance systems.

* Monitor and manage data flows within the payroll ecosystem, identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies amidst the challenges of a diverse industrial setting.

* Develop and deliver practical solutions to support the payroll system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Requirements

* Extensive experience in a technical Payroll systems support/management, with a track record of success in developing and delivering practical solutions.

* Demonstrated knowledge of HR and payroll policies and systems of work, including; Single Touch Payroll (STP), superannuation and industrial instrument interpretation.

* Experience managing projects of work across technical and business stakeholders.
