Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Trainee Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained, and driving the development of our staff and children.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and development of children and staff.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursery staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Conduct regular room checks and monitoring to ensure the nursery is meeting the required standards of care and education.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and education, and to address any areas of concern.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote the nursery and attract new families.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
  • Experience in a nursery management role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
