Our goal is to achieve a 50% female workforce across our company. To achieve this, we're introducing the Women Up Front program in Tasmania, which aims to provide comprehensive training and support to help you become a confident, licensed bus driver.

No prior experience as a bus driver is necessary. All you need is a valid car driver's license and a positive mindset to apply.

Our trainee bus driver program includes:

  • A welcoming and supportive work environment
  • A comprehensive induction program featuring both classroom and on-road training
  • Lessons to obtain a Medium Rigid (MR) licence
  • Competitive pay throughout the training period

We're looking for individuals who possess:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for working with people
  • A valid Australian car driver's license (held for at least two years)
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment functional test, drug and alcohol screening, as well as obtain a Driver Accreditation and Working With Vulnerable People's Check.
  • Australian work rights (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)
