Nursery Trainee Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nursery Trainee Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in guiding the development of both children and staff, contributing to their growth and learning each day.
Responsibilities- Collaborate in the successful execution of daily, weekly, and monthly room checks and associated action plans.
- Active monitoring and appropriate handling of accident trends.
- Inspire and manage your team, providing tailored motivation and training aligned with unit needs.
- Efficient resource management, routine organization, and seamless communication with senior management.
- Expertise in creating settling in profiles, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, next steps, and learning journey.
- Unwavering commitment to the safeguarding of all children in the nursery.
A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is mandatory. Please note that all candidates must have an enhanced DBS on the update service. Offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks. As this role involves regulated activity with children, individuals on the Children's Barred List should refrain from applying.
