Agronomy Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Agronomy Account Manager to join our team in Devonport, Tasmania. As an Agronomy Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships with key clients in the region, providing superior agronomic advice and inputs with a focus on horticulture agronomy and crop monitoring.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with our key clients to provide recommendations to improve crop production, resilience, and sustainability.
- You will conduct field demonstrations and trial work for product development in conjunction with key suppliers.
- You will also work collaboratively with branch staff to drive promotions, merchandising, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- A passion for Australian agriculture and a solid understanding of products and production systems.
- Strong technical knowledge in agronomic practices and application.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience building enduring and successful partnerships with customers, delivering appropriate agronomic advice and services.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
