Clinical Manager Position

Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our team in Devonport. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to our site-based team members. Your focus will be on delivering excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and management to the site-based team members
- Ensure all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met
- Work with the Clinical Services Manager and Operations Manager for Tasmania to support innovation and quality improvement for the region
- Lead the coordination of care for people with complex needs, including consultation and engagement with a wide range of professionals
- Manage clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff, process development and monitoring, data capture and reporting to meet key contractual benchmarks
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, or AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (or working towards)
- Experience leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support to a team
- Knowledge and understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions and clinical practice
- Highly developed communication skills and the ability to engage with consumers, advocate on their behalf, and establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, families, and friends and stakeholders
- Experience in managing clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff, process development and monitoring, data capture and reporting to meet key contractual benchmarks
- Excellent base salary plus super
